Sam Goldenberg & Associates
Founded in 1983, Sam Goldenberg & Associates is Santa Fe, New Mexico's oldest established business brokerage. Preferring to call ourselves business intermediaries, we focus on creating "win-win" business arrangements for both buyers and sellers. As a result of our philosophy, diligent client service and aggressive marketing, we have helped hundreds of people buy and sell their businesses.

Sam Goldenberg & Associates is a member of the Santa Fe Chamber of Commerce, Better Business Bureau and the International Business Brokers Association.

Sam Goldenberg (1939 to 2007)
Sam Goldenberg has been a business professional for over 40 years. A business and finance graduate of University of Southern California, Sam has owned and operated a multi million dollar furniture manufacturing company, owned a major restaurant, and invested in a number of businesses.

Sam's hands-on experience and sensitivity to others enables him to understand the complexities involved in buying and selling a business. He was on the advisory board of the Santa Fe Small Business Development Center (a branch of the SBA), a member of the Government Affairs Committee of the Santa Fe Chamber of Commerce and Chairman of the Mayor's Small Business Advisory Committee.

Michael Greene, President
Michael Greene is a graduate of Harvard Law School and practiced business law in Southern California with emphasis on business transactions before moving to New Mexico more than twenty-five years ago.

Michael has been a New Mexico Real Estate Broker for the past twenty-five years and was the owner/broker of a Prudential real estate office specializing in commercial real estate and business brokerage.  Michael was the managing partner for over twenty real estate projects.  

Prior to joining Sam Goldenberg and Associates, Michael was the founding partner of The Goldsmith Group that for the past decade has provided strategic business consulting and competitive strategies for numerous businesses.  The Goldsmith Group served businesses located not only in New Mexico but throughout North America.

Steve Dennis, Vice President
Steve Dennis has been a business professional for many years.  With his comprehensive business background spanning over 32 years which includes experience in startups, restructuring as well as established entities. Steve has owned and operated a multi-million dollar construction and manufacturing business in Santa Fe for 14 years.  His experience comes from direct hands-on management and ownership of small to multi-million dollar companies.     

Steve's experience as a buyer and seller of previous businesses enables him to understand the complexities involved in selling and buying a business.  The decision to buy or sell a business can be difficult. Steve will take you through the process so you are informed, involved and assured.  Each party has to feel they are treated fairly.
