Thanks again to Teya Vitu with the Santa Fe New Mexican for this helping to celebrate Marcel and Stephanie’s recent acquisition of the Bouche Complex near the corner of West Alameda and Guadalupe. The owners and originators of the wildly successful the crepery and bakery Fleur de Lys in Los Alamos, they promise to bring their Parisian-accented magic to the downtown. What a pleasure it was to work with them on this transaction.
