Step #9: Closing and Transition

You and the Buyer will sign all sales documents and funds will be transferred to you. At this stage, we also collect our agreed upon fees.

During the closing process, you and the Buyer will also plan the new ownership announcement to employees and other stakeholders. The final step will be the transition of management and training of the new owner.
