We were drawn to Sam Goldenberg & Associates based on their reputation, and after our initial meeting with Michael and Erika, we were impressed with their professionalism and kindness. We liked the fact that they would list our company not only in New Mexico but beyond our borders, with a focus on finding the right match for our company, better ensuring the success of the new owners going forward.
Erika was patient and understanding of the complexities of preparing for a sale while keeping the business going. She always kept us informed about what was next and when to expect it. Erika was able to keep our interests in mind but not at the expense of the buyers, offering fair solutions to the many decisions that had to be made.
