Sam Goldenberg founded the brokerage in 1983, and was a business professional for over 40 years. A business and finance graduate of University of Southern California, Sam owned and operated a multi-million dollar furniture manufacturing company, a major restaurant and invested in a number of businesses. Sam’s hands-on experience and sensitivity to others enabled him to understand the complexities involved in buying and selling a business. It has been key to our success. He was on the  advisory board of the Santa Fe Small Business Development Center (a branch of the SBA), a member of the Government Affairs Committee of the Santa Fe Chamber of Commerce and Chairman of the Mayor’s Small Business Advisory Committee.
